From Northern New York State (Dutchess and Putnam Counties). Take Route 84 East to Route 684 South to exit 5 (Route 117, Saw Mill Parkway). Take the Saw Mill Parkway to exit 39 South. At the stop sign, you will see The Animal Wellness Center and Hypurrcat directly in front of you. Turn right onto Haines Road, proceed 100 feet, and make a left into the hospital parking lot.

From Southern Westchester and Southern Fairfield Counties. Take Route 684 North to exit 6 (Katonah/Cross River, Route 35). At the end of the exit ramp at the light, turn left onto Route 35. Merge onto Saw Mill Parkway South via the ramp on the left toward I-684 S/White Plains/Rt-117 South. Proceed 2.5 miles south on the Saw Mill Parkway, and take Exit 39S (Rt-117 S/Bedford Hills exit). At the stop sign, you will see The Animal Wellness Center and Hypurrcat directly in front of you. Turn right onto Haines Road, proceed 100 feet, and make a left into the hospital parking lot.

Alternatively, take the Saw Mill Parkway North to the Bedford Hills, Rt. 117 exit (#39). At the stop sign, turn left onto Bedford Road (Route 117). Proceed 0.1 miles over the bridge, and turn left immediately after the "DO NOT ENTER" sign onto Haines Road. Turn into the second driveway after the Mobile Station at 29 Haines Road for The Animal Wellness Center and Catnap Country Inn.

From Long Island (from Whitestone Bridge). Go over the Whitestone Bridge. Stay on I-678 North for approximately 12 miles. I-678 becomes the Hutchinson River Parkway North. Go for 16 miles and take I-684 North toward Brewster. Continue on Route 684 North to exit 6 (Katonah/Cross River, Route 35). At the end of the exit ramp at the light, turn left onto Route 35. Merge onto Saw Mill Parkway South via the ramp on the left toward I-684 S/White Plains/Rt-117 South. Proceed 2.5 miles south on the Saw Mill Parkway, and take Exit 39S (Rt-117 S/Bedford Hills exit). At the stop sign, you will see The Animal Wellness Center and Hypurrcat directly in front of you. Turn right onto Haines Road, proceed 100 feet, and make a left into the hospital parking lot.

From Long Island (from Throgs Neck Bridge). Travel on I-295 North over the Throgs Neck Bridge. Road name changes to Throgs Neck Expressway/I-695 North, whereas the Throgs Neck Expressway/I-695 North becomes I-95 N (all within 2-3 miles). At Exit number 9, take the Hutchinson Parkway North. Go for 13.5 miles and take I-684 North toward Brewster. Continue on Route 684 North to exit 6 (Katonah/Cross River, Route 35). At the end of the exit ramp at the light, turn left onto Route 35. Merge onto Saw Mill Parkway South via the ramp on the left toward I-684 S/White Plains/Rt-117 South. Proceed 2.5 miles south on the Saw Mill Parkway, and take Exit 39S (Rt-117 S/Bedford Hills exit). Alternatively, after going over the Throgs Neck and Hutchinson Parkway North, one can continue on the Hutchinson River Parkway North until exit No. 13, and then merge onto the Cross County Parkway toward the Saw Mill River Parkway/Yonkers. Take the Saw Mill Parkway North to the Bedford Hills, Rt. 117 exit (#39). At the stop sign, turn left onto Bedford Road (Route 117). Proceed 0.1 miles over the bridge and turn left immediately after the "DO NOT ENTER" sign onto Haines Road. Turn right into the second driveway after the Mobile Station at 29 Haines Road for The Animal Wellness Center and Catnap Country Inn.

From Manhattan (MTA Metro-North Railroad). Take the Harlem line of the MTA Metro-North Railroad that leaves from Grand Central Terminal. (Cats are allowed on train as long as they are kept in their cat box.) Trains depart from Grand Central Terminal every 30 to 60 minutes (go to www.mta.nyc.ny.us/mnr/index.html for exact train schedule). Travel time from NYC to Bedford Hills is approximately 1 hour, and cost for round-trip ticket ranges from $13 (for off-peak times) to $17.50 (for peak travel times). Once you are at Bedford Hills station, taxis are readily available for transport to The Animal Wellness Center and Hypurrcat (Bedford and Katonah Taxis 914-232-4949/914-666-7474 or Katonah and Bedford Taxis 914-666-5353/914-232-5772).

Alternatively, one can walk from the Bedford Hills Railroad Station to the Animal Wellness Center/Hypurrcat in approximately 5-10 minutes. To do that, walk up the stairs from the platform where you exit the train, and exit the station towards the left. Then, walk across the parking lot and up Railroad Street (the road to the left with the incline). Make a right at the top of the road and go to the cross walk. Cross the street (Rt. 117, Bedford Road) to the south side of the bridge; then, cross again towards the Mobile Station. This is Haines Road. Continue walking to past the Mobile Station to the left, and make a right into the second driveway for The Animal Wellness Center and Catnap Country Inn.
